It’s November and the TBR Pile Challenge Continues!
Folks, this is a RED ALERT. We are running out of time. With just 6(?) weeks left in the 2019 calendar year, I hope you have plenty of time available to finish your challenge books and get your posts linked-up for the grand prize!
If you’ve completed your list or made a lot of progress, share that in the comments! We’d love to cheer you on and feel motivated too, especially those of us (cough cough) who have been stuck for a little bit. Also, as a reminder, if you did read all 12 (or 14!) books on your list but want to write a final wrap-up post for the challenge, in order to be entered once more into the grand prize giveaway when the challenge ends, please feel free! I’ll remind everyone in December.
At the moment, we have 267 posts linked-up for this challenge (soon to be 268, since I count this one! Ha!). That’s pretty darn good, although I would love to see us hit 300 pots overall. What do you think? Can we do that by year’s end? I will do my best to add to that count, despite the fact that I’ve been stuck on my list since June or July. Oh, dear. What a bad leader I am!
My progress is exactly what it was these last two or three months. And now Big Brother goes and releases DISNEY+ and I’m like, well, wonderful! Let’s see if I can pull myself away from TaleSpin, Darkwing Duck and Moana long enough to do some reading. That’s a big ask right now, considering I’m sick (cough cough) and I’m heading into the final 4 weeks of the academic semester, when my personal time, well… wait, what’s personal time?

Below, you’re going to find the infamous Mr. Linky widget. If you read and review any challenge books this month, please link-up on the widget below. This Mr. Linky will be re-posted every month so that we can compile a large list of all that we’re reading and reviewing together this year. Each review that is linked-up on this widget throughout the year may also earn you entries into future related giveaways, so don’t forget to keep this updated!
I have now read 10/12 but only reviewed 8/12. Two papers, two quizzes, a final exam, and a pumpkin pie before I accomplish anything else but I might make it by New Year’s! Yes, let’s do it again next year but maybe half as many?

I’m almost done reading my 14th! Yay!
I’m hoping to get Disney+. Hope you feel better soon!

I finished already (I think last month?) but want to vote for doing it again next year. Well, I’ll do it again either way – I’ve done it on my own before!

Ahahaha. This challenge. I loved the idea and all my reading in all my challenges was just stalled this year. I would LOVE to do this one again next year and actually focus on it. There’s some books on this year’s list I’d like to keep on there, and some others that I’ve wanted to read and just haven’t been due to other things.

I’ve finished 8 and think I’ll probably get in two more by the end of the year. I hope you’ll continue the challenge next year!

Fortunately no time warp or anything has happened and I still have all 14 books from the challenge done. [Let’s not talk about the other 15 challenges I signed up for that aren’t finished yet….] I absolutely am in for another round if you will sponsor it again next year. Your challenge is one of the first that I ever did as a blogger.

I’ve read 7 out of the 12 and 2 reserves that I listed, but have not linked all my reviews. Hopefully will do! Time is drawing nigh, n’est-ce pas?

I’ve got 1 more book to read. When I finish this last book, I’ll actually have read all 14 on my original list. Some months it seemed like I was lagging behind, but I’ve caught up now. Yay!
Oh, and we better do this challenge again in 2020! I love it, and it lifts my spirits so much to be pushing towards this goal with everyone else.
I’ve been enjoying Disney+ too. 😉 It’s unfortunate, the constant struggle of… To read? Or to watch TV? That is the question!

Congrats Jane! Once I review the two Atwood novels I read, I will have 8/12 completed. This past month has not been my friend for either reading or writing. I still hope to finish strong, and a definite yes on having the challenge next year!

I’ve read 11 out of 12 now and hope to get the last one done by the end of the year. I would love to do it again next year and have already been thinking about what books to put on my list.
