Little House on the Prairie is not the best book in the series… I’d suggest The Long Winter. Just a thought. 🙂

North & South is wonderful and Eugenie Grandet was memorable. I want to read more Balzac & Gaskell because of these books.

I read North and South just a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. It was another that I had had on the TBR pile forever, but finally stopped avoiding over winter break.

I got through Paradise Lost for my OU course by listening to the wonderful Anton Lesser reading it alongside following the text.
